All orders are handled on a first come, first served basis due to the individual nature of the items. All orders must be prepaid, including prepayment of shipping. If the item you want to order has been sold but not yet marked on the site, I will either give you a credit/refund or allow you to choose another item of the same value, your choice. This has not occurred, yet as a business person I thought it prudent to include this information. (smile)

All items  are 100 % guaranteed against breakage with normal wear. (no bull riding or mud wrestling, etc.)
Please keep the receipt of your items. Thus far, repairs have not occurred. As long as you own your item, this warranty is in effect.

PLEASE NOTE!! I do do custom work, but I cannot guarantee a stone from a customer. Stones can break when they are being set, yet Wire jewelry is one of the safest types of settings for a stone. If there is an internal stress line or other fault buried in the stone, it can split, chip, etc. I make every effort to take excellent care of your stone, but I can not make any guarantee of its internal ability to withstand being set.
