Please know, that as the designer and owner of  Key Stone Jewelry, I am committed to my customers happiness. I will work with you in any way to insure that you have a pleasant shopping experience . Feel free to contact me with any concern you may have. I will happily respond promptly.

Items must be returned within 30 days (of the date your order was shipped from my studio) for a full refund, or within 90 days for an exchange. Packages must be postmarked within the 30- or 90- day period. You must include  the original packing slip. Be certain to save copies for your records. .
Customer is responsible for any shipping cost regarding the return of ANY  item. Item must be shipped in its original condition and box, with all documents sent.
Note: Returned items MUST be fully insured.  Keep a copy of your invoice and staple it to the insurance stub. This will fully protect you.
You must contact us IMMEDIATELY if the item was damaged upon receipt.
Most items are shipped in a  gift box for secure mailing. Some are shipped in a black leather jewelry case with a glass window.  While I have never had an item damaged, accidents do happen.  All items must be returned with all documents sent with the item. Delivery Conformation is a good idea as it lets you know that your return made it to our Post Office.  
NOTE: 1 return in 5 years due to hurricane and no damaged items recieved by customers. I am proud of this record and will do my best to keep it. Of course, I have no control over the postal service, but it has served Key Stone Jewelry well.
Custom made items:   I, Nancy  F,  have  always met or exceeded client expectations. In the rare event that you are dissatisfied in any way with your piece, contact the studio immediately and let me know. I offer full credit towards another piece of jewelry.
Cancellation of custom made items:If an order is canceled prior to its shipment, the buyer will incur a cancellation fee of 25%. The cancellation fee covers my time and any production prior to your canceled order.  Be aware that since items are handmade to order... a lot of time and specially ordered materials goes into the design and production of each order.
